About Us

As a new company, PRAGMA is very excited to meet its clients and as a highly experienced organization, PRAGMA is very professional in this business. As we are PRAGMA, we believe in the power of applicable and pragmatic solutions. Our company name refers to our belief.

PhD. Cihan Tınaztepe (General Manager)

After graduating from American Collegiate Institute, Cihan continued her education in Istanbul University in Sociology. She completed her master’s degree on Social Engineering in Sorbonne University of Paris. During her career in research business, she also continued her academic career and received her PhD of Management and Organization in Turkey. Currently, she gives lessons of Organizational Studies and Research Methodologies in several universities besides managing PRAGMA.

Ünzile Aslan (Project Manager)

Ünzile has completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Doğuş University and her master’s degree in Economic History in Istanbul University. She entered the research sector starting from the field research. Ünzile has managed the field work of various large and global projects. Afterwards she continued her research career by managing quantitative and qualitative research projects. She developed her expertise on shopping mall, real estate, finance and FMCG research projects. Now, she is managing research projects of PRAGMA.

Onur Cenikan (Director of Operations)

Onur’s experience in research business exceeds 16 years. He has worked in several local and international research companies during his career. His expertise in research operations is wide. He’s especially known by managing operations of large sample studies such as research projects of various governmental units. He is now the Director of Operations in PRAGMA.

Çağlar Bozkurt (Field Manager)

Çağlar has been managing the field of research projects over 10 years. He has become expert on all research methodologies from offline to online. He is also very well capable of survey scripting and data analysis. Çağlar is now a part of PRAGMA, supporting the company with his technical knowledge.
